Thrive’s emergency shelter is housed on the campus of Haven for Hope and provides 10 young adults with shelter for up to 6 months.
The core services at our emergency shelter include not only basic needs of food and shelter but individually tailored and youth-directed case management plans to help young adults move forward in exiting homelessness.
Thrive assists young adults with linkage to resources such as ID recovery, counseling, medical services, gender-affirming care, educational opportunities, and vocational training in a safe and supportive environment.
Our focus is to help remove barriers that young adults may encounter in seeking services and help guide them toward their next move in achieving their goals.

This is the First Registered Little Free Library and Pantry in San Antonio and close to the oldest public housing complex in town, Alazan Apache Courts. It is located at 816 S Colorado, between El Paso and Guadalupe Streets.
We Accept:

We do not have a refrigerator.
We also have a Little Free Library at this location.

Three days a week members of the church serve their homeless neighbors with a meal, ministry and music.

Our pantry provides families with nutritious food including canned goods and other groceries. These items come from donations that have been given by the MCCSA community, our friends and neighbors, and the San Antonio Food Bank.
We work hard to offer our friends and neighbors a helping hand, shared with love and courtesy.

Inman Christian Center partners with the San Antonio Food Bank to provide emergency food to the community surrounding Inman and to our new community located at Loop 1604. Both Food Pantries are operated by volunteers.
Requirements:
- Serving families in zip codes 78207, 78228, and 78237.
- Valid ID.
- Utility Bill or other proof of residence.

On a monthly basis, BTLOP provides a hot meal, snack lunch, hygiene packs (deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner) and new underwear to displaced clients/community members.
To assist with the process, BTLOP has partnered with four community churches (Friendship, God's Property, New Light and Revelation) to provide the meals and Wheatley High School Alumni to provide hygiene packs. On average, 125 - 150 people are served monthly.

AGORA Hope Pantry is our bi-monthly relationship ministry with a food distribution. Our goal is not just to feed, but to develop relationships with our families. Our Hope Pantry is where this begins. We share tacos, donuts, coffee and water with our families; we break bread together. Then we have a short bi-lingual service and a food distribution.
We provide food to our near community, which has the lowest per capita income of any zip code in San Antonio.
Our hope pantry is every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Come join us in serving our community!

Every Saturday from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM we serve homemade breakfast tacos and coffee, bags of groceries, have a fresh produce and bread market, offer clothing, housewares and toiletries, and haircuts here and there. A Social Worker is on-site for resource assistance. We have an Outreach Pavilion and Campus where people gather and form community. A playground is available for children to play. Optional is a worship service at 8:30 AM every Saturday, Bible Study at 9:15 AM, and prayer team is available throughout the morning. We are open every Saturday throughout the year.

We offer seniors free lunch, prepared onsite by our talented cooks. These meals nourish not only bodies but spirits as seniors join together. Food is such a powerful way to build community!
Promoting Physical and Mental Health
Our seniors enjoy activities such as yoga, Zumba, bingo, dances, and crafting. We partner with other local groups and agencies to provide education on various health topics.

Adopt-A-Block engages volunteer teams of staff mentors, at-risk youth, community non-profits, businesses, and residents to serve the low-income communities of San Antonio. The vision is to impact the community one block, one family at a time.

Dream Center San Antonio’s (DCSA) Food Outreach program’s mission is to fight hunger while providing hope. This program provides weekly food distributions at INC and Adopt-A-Block, operates a food pantry every Tuesday from 12 – 2:00 A.M. at DCSA’s offices (2903 W.
