San Antonio Community Resource Directory

We at MCCSA are moved by the Spirit of God and the spirit of our congregation here in San Antonio.

Our mission is to hold a space where fellowship, worship, and faith can be practiced and enjoyed by all. Our belief is that God's Love is for everyone.

We are a LGBTQ affirming church.

We offer a weekly food pantry. We also offer a space for a woman's group, AA and other smaller outreach programs.

What is a small group?

A small group is a voluntary, intentional gathering of three to twelve people. The purpose of this weekly group is to enable individuals to know God better and love him more through fellowship, Bible study, and prayer.

  • Small groups foster close relationships and integral community.
  • Small groups provide a comfortable introduction for nonbelievers to the Christian faith.
  • Small groups provide an ideal way to care for the needs of people within the church.
  • Small groups provide a way for Christians to live out their faith instead of merely hearing more preaching or teaching.
  • Small groups participate in focused prayer for one another.?
  • Small groups provide a comfortable atmosphere for openness.
  • Small groups allow for mutual edification among believers.
  • Small groups encourage better learning.
  • Small groups provide a source of encouragement and accountability.
  • Small groups help to cultivate leadership within the church.

Our pantry provides families with nutritious food including canned goods and other groceries. These items come from donations that have been given by the MCCSA community, our friends and neighbors, and the San Antonio Food Bank.

We work hard to offer our friends and neighbors a helping hand, shared with love and courtesy.

If you are interested in being a part of this vital ministry by either donating or volunteering, or if you would like more information, please contact the church office by phone or email.

Saturdays following the First and third Thursday of each month from 8:00am - 12:00 pm.
