Big Mama's Safe House (Nonprofit )

We are a community-based nonprofit that seeks to improve and transform community safety by changing the mindset of potential gun violence victims.

By promoting healthy conflict resolution strategies, providing access to needed resources, and empowering our community to heal we will reduce gun violence through community efforts by confronting its root causes.

The Gang Rehabilitation Ending Affiliation Ties (G.R.E.A.T.) program focuses on outreach by trusted community outreach workers who serve as mentors and positive role models for youth at risk of recruitment into a gang.
