BTLOP exists to help the less fortunate and provide basic services of life through food and clothing with dignity and respect.

BTLOP has a clothes closet for clients to select new and slightly worn clothes as needed, free of charge.

BTLOP has a food pantry and consistently, on a monthly basis, partners with the San Antonio Food Bank to provide food to clients, regardless of race, creed or color.
The food distributed to the clients include items that will provide a balanced meal for the family. The bags given to clients contain fresh vegetables and fruit, meat, bread and non-perishable food items. In 2018, over 2800 people were served and over 2750 were served in 2019.

Free.
This program assists displaced and recently released incarcerated men and women to obtain a legal Texas ID, which is needed to obtain jobs and housing. BTLOP sponsored 35 individuals to receive a new ID, replace a lost or stolen ID or obtain other documents required to obtain a legal TX ID.

On a monthly basis, BTLOP provides a hot meal, snack lunch, hygiene packs (deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner) and new underwear to displaced clients/community members.
To assist with the process, BTLOP has partnered with four community churches (Friendship, God's Property, New Light and Revelation) to provide the meals and Wheatley High School Alumni to provide hygiene packs. On average, 125 - 150 people are served monthly.
