Quality out-of-school (OST) time programs like Academic Achievers reduce the number of school-aged children who become involved with negative behaviors and promote academic success. SA Youth’s Academic Achievers program takes place after school and during the summer for youth between the ages of 5 and 13.

Our site locations operate four to five hours during the school year and up to ten hours over the summer and select school holidays. SA Youth provides a safe place, caring adults, and positive youth development programs during the out-of-school time hours when destructive and other risky behaviors can occur.

SA Youth's Out-of-School Time Program Academic Achievers is an Afterschool Centers on Education (ACE), administered by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), which provides a structured, safe, and supervised place for learning and social interaction.

We offer high-quality early childhood education for children ages 3 to 5 years.

Head Start is a federally funded program provided at no cost for qualifying families.

Voices of Hope is part of our educations program designed for children ages 6-18: ethnically diverse and all backgrounds. Our desire is to impact the world through music rich in hope; allowing our youth to express themselves one note at a time.

Target Population: Low-income children ages 6-19.

This program is completely free of charge and open to all children within the age group stated despite social or economic barriers.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio provides high-quality after-school programming to help your child achieve their full potential.

Our mission is to offer to all youth sports and recreation programs emphasizing friendly competition through good sportsmanship modeled by adult participants.  To invite all participants, Catholic and otherwise, youth and adults, to share in the life of their faith community.
