St. Anthony de Padua is a growing and vibrant faith community. God has placed each one of us here in this place and time because He has good things He wants to accomplish in our world through our lives together here at St. Anthony de Padua.
The library provides books on the Bible, the Sacraments, religious education, prayer, and lives of the saints.
Educational videos are also available. In addition, there are standard reference books, children’s books, novels, biographies and books of general interest. Book fairs and a yearly book sale are special events.
The two rooms of the library are available for small classes or discussion groups at times when the library is not open.
This retreat is a wonderful weekend getaway for married couples looking to renew their love and deepen their faith in God through shared prayer.
It is offered once a year, the last weekend in January and takes place at Mo Ranch in Ingram, Texas.

The mission of the homebound ministry at St. Anthony de Padua is to bring Jesus, both in the Eucharist and in the gift of our presence to our sisters and brothers in the community who are unable to be present at the Eucharistic table because of illness or disability.
This extends to those in nursing homes, retirement centers, hospitals, or private homes-wherever this need is present. We try to meet two times a year with the Pastor, so that the members can discuss and share any situations or ideas that can improve our ministry. Please call the rectory if you are unable to attend Mass and would like to receive the Eucharist.
There are four Nursing/Assisted Living or Independent Living Homes in the St. Anthony de Padua area that we visit regularly. Volunteers visit with the residents and on special occasions will provide gifts and goodies for them.
Each week there is a Communion Service or a Mass at the various homes and the Eucharist is brought regularly to all Catholic residents.
