During this initial appointment, we will review your current symptoms and your history of mental health symptoms. The patient and provider will work together to develop a treatment plan and prescribe medications if appropriate.

Before this appointment, we ask that you provide any records from previous providers and complete our new patient documents at least 24 hours before your appointment.
