ConnectAbility works to ease the burden on people with life-altering injuries and conditions as well as their families and caregivers.
All of the services we offer work comprehensively and holistically, addressing a multitude of issues depending on needs.
ConnectAbility is a passion of Warm Springs Foundation.
ConnectAbility serves Bexar County and surrounding areas. Currently, we are providing services for people with:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Amputation
- Stroke
- and other related injuries conditions

This chair Zumba class focuses on upper body movements. Zumba is great for cardio health, muscle endurance, and most importantly having fun!

Mentor someone who has sustained a life-altering injury similar to yours but is not as far along on their journey.

Prospective mentors must:
- Attend necessary training
- Allow for a criminal background check
- Agree to meet 4-6 hours monthly with your mentee
- Provide progress notes, as needed
Care coordination is provided in Bexar and surrounding counties, but anyone may attend support groups or access peer mentoring in person or virtually.

This workshop is offered at no cost and open to all caregivers.
Anyone who offers care to a loved one or an individual with a disability is eligible to join a caregiver event or activity at any time.
Our services are offered at no cost, regardless of income or insurance status.
Connect with others who have shared your journey. A person who has sustained a life-altering injury similar to yours will assist with guidance, support, and education.
Our peer mentoring coordinator will meet with you to discuss your needs and goals. You will then be matched with someone who can offer the best guidance for you.
