Additionally, your Care Coordinator will act as an advocate and provide guidance and other resources as needed.

Care coordination is provided in Bexar and surrounding counties, but anyone may attend support groups or access peer mentoring in person or virtually.

Currently, we are providing services for people with:

• Traumatic Brain Injury
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Amputation
• Stroke
• and other related injury conditions

All of our groups are offered to people with disabilities and their loved ones/caregivers.

Our services are offered at no cost, regardless of income or insurance status.
