D&S, the local Siveta provider, offers hourly support to help individuals live independently in their home environment. The time spent providing services each week is based on the individual's and their family's needs.

D&S Home and Community-Based Services:

• Transportation to work, appointments, and other activities

• Meal preparation and eating
• Medication administration (as permitted)
