The Rental Assistance Program will accept applications on the second Wednesday of each month. The portal will open at 1:00 PM and close at 2:00 PM.

The Housing Assistance Program (HAP)* provides financial assistance to renters experiencing emergency hardships from COVID-19 and to keep families in their homes.
To help with emergency housing needs, HAP has two components: rental assistance and relocation assistance for qualified households facing housing instability.
