This program aims to reduce overall opioid use disorder with comprehensive services, including:

• Outpatient counseling
• Peer recovery
• Case Management 
• Medication for OUD
• Referrals to Harm Reduction Services
• HIV testing

Eligibility Requirements:

• must be 18 years old or older
• must live in one of the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Calhoun, Comal, DeWitt, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Goliad, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Jackson, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, La Salle, Lavaca, Maverick, Medina, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde, Victoria, Wilson, Zavala
• must be at risk or living with an opioid use disorder
