Her Table is a large gathering, where women have the opportunity to learn, connect, and indulge in good food and intentional conversation.

Her Table dinner and workshops cover a wide array of topics, including professional development, mental health, and holistic well-being, empowering attendees to thrive in every aspect of their lives.

Her Table is always paired with dinner and usually babysitting.

Her Table is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month; 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Other workshops may vary.

Support groups, also called Her Circles, are led by trained volunteers and consist of 6-12 women coming together to share knowledge and foster deep relationships. Our Her Circles invite women in all stages of life and from diverse backgrounds to find a peer support group that aligns with their journey.

We also provide therapist-led group counseling for adult survivors of trauma and abuse called Her Healing.

Her Circles are generally held biweekly. Click here for a calendar of current Support groups.

Her Healing is held every Tuesday.
