Telehealth offers face-to-face video therapy that addresses everything from depression, and anxiety, to post-traumatic stress, sleep problems, adolescent behavioral issues, relationship and family stress, and more. Telehealth is confidential and highly effective. You can do it from your home or from any private space using your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Clients also have access to case management support and local referrals to help with other stresses like unemployment, finances, housing, and legal issues.

Through the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinics (MFC) at Endeavors, we offer discreet online video counseling sessions from the comfort of your home or office. Receive care outside of the clinic.
The same high-quality care available at an Endeavors Cohen Clinic is also available via a computer, tablet, or phone. You and your family can receive therapy in the privacy and comfort of your own home via our online therapy option. This allows you and your clinician to have appointments in real time through video-conferencing. At Endeavors Cohen Clinics, we use secure, private HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software to ensure confidential services.

Endeavors Unlimited is a part of the EndeavorsTM continuum that provides housing, case management, life skills training and supportive employment opportunities for adults with disabilities so that they can achieve a life full of stability, successes and self-sufficiency.
Endeavors Unlimited is uniquely capable of providing twofold premier services: supportive training and employment opportunities for disabled employees and commercial services for business and government entities.
Endeavors provides a safe, healthy, stable, and caring environment to chronically homeless women with disabilities and their children.
Through permanent supportive housing, these families receive case management, professional counseling, life skills training, and employment opportunities, allowing them to increase self-sufficiency and family income, while decreasing episodes of homelessness and/or acute psychiatric care.

If you are currently experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless, Homelink can help by assessing your situation and connecting you with the most appropriate housing resource.
After enrolling with Homelink, if your need is not met by an immediate referral, you must maintain your eligibility every 30 days. This will be explained further during your Homelink assessment.
Endeavors offers a free parenting enrichment program for all veterans, National Guardsmen, reserve, and active military parents with children 0 -17 years who are interested in cultivating and understanding their own parenting style. Classes include take-home resources, skills, and techniques during each session.

Prevention is a coordinated homelessness prevention and eviction response system to help low-income households resolve a crisis that could otherwise lead to a loss of housing. Common prevention methods include short-term financial assistance, legal assistance, housing case management, etc. Below are the specific details for this prevention program:

Income must be at or below 80% area median income. Applicant must be at risk of homelessness with eviction notice, qualified for unemployment or atest to reduction in household income, and live in unsafe or unhealthy housing conditions.
In San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding area, we provide free case management and professional counseling services, referrals, information regarding victims’ rights, and assistance with Crime Victims’ Compensation. Our goal is to improve the lives of individuals who have experienced trauma due to crimes against them.

The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors provides high-quality, accessible, and integrated mental health care to veterans and their families, regardless of role, discharge status, or ability to pay.
The Cohen Clinics are Veterans Choice Providers and use evidence-based practices to improve the quality of life for veterans and their families. Services are provided by credentialed staff trained to work specifically with the military population. Veterans and their family members receive services individually and together in the same place, at the same time, with the same treatment team.
More than just mental health care, our Military Family Clinics help veteran families with support and referrals for related needs, including unemployment, housing, finance, and education.

Our Veteran Services program offers Homelessness Prevention & Stabilization Services to Veterans and their families in Texas. These supportive services include outreach, case management, help in obtaining VA benefits, emergency financial assistance for rent & utilities and assistance in obtaining and coordinating other public benefits.
Endeavors provides services to very low income Veteran families, Veterans facing eviction, and/or Veterans currently homeless and scheduled to move into housing within 90 days. Our goal is to rapidly re-house or prevent homelessness for Veterans and their families and enhance independent living skills and/or Income for very low-income Veteran families.
