The Single Mom’s Group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays @ 6:30pm at the Northwest Campus of Mission City Church.
This group is designed to encourage and support the single moms in our community. Whether you are single parenting because you are divorced, separated, never married, widowed, or grand-single-parenting, you will fit right in!
We believe in the inspired Word of God contained in the Old and New Testaments and the infallibility of the original writings. Likewise, we believe that it represents the ultimate and final authority for faith and life. To read more about our Statement of Faith, please click here.
If you are unable to join us in person, follow our Live video streaming broadcasts every week.
Often, people cannot attend Mass due to illness, surgery, or other incapacitation and thus cannot receive the Eucharist.
Our Homebound Ministry brings the Eucharist to them in their homes during these times. The duration of their need may be short-term or indefinite. The days and times for visits may vary according to need. They can be very flexible but are usually once per week and are arranged between the assigned minister and the parishioner in need.
The ministry is a wonderful opportunity to bring Jesus in the Eucharist to those who could not otherwise receive Him, to help them keep in touch with our Church Community, and to form special relationships. Training is available.
If you are feeling called to this ministry and have any questions, please email Mary Morgan at [email protected]
If you, a family member, or a friend need this ministry, or if you know of someone who is, please contact the Church office at 830-779-3131.

Mother’s Day Out provides a positive God-centered learning environment for your child that lays a foundation of biblical truth and educational basics. When your child attends Mother’s Day Out he or she will experience God’s love daily and they will learn “God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.”
Your child will develop spiritually, physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally through playful learning and interactive lessons. We use two curricula to achieve growth in all areas of your child’s life. Our Bible based lessons are from Orange Curriculum while the educational aspects are pulled from Phase Foundations. This Christ-centered curriculum is age-specific, so you know that your child is understanding what is being taught. Your child will get to dive deeper into God, Jesus, the Bible, church, family, self, others, the natural world, language development, number concepts, pre-reading, and pre-math readiness.

Worship is a public act. All who love God, and seek to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ are welcome to participate in any of our services. In the tradition of the United Methodist Church, membership in this or any other United Methodist Church is not required to partake of the Sacraments or to participate in our programs and activities.
Nurture and Mission of the Church—We emphasize the nurturing and serving function of Christian fellowship in the Church. The personal experience of faith is nourished by the worshiping community. The communal forms of faith in the Wesleyan tradition not only promote personal growth; they also equip and mobilize us for mission and service to the world.

Visiting for the first time?
At The Country Church, our focus is on worshiping Christ, not on your apparel. Many people attend dressed “country casual.” Boots ‘n' jeans are welcomed.
Whenever we gather for corporate worship, we endeavor to give priority to a vertical focus. Our aim is to exalt God and experience God as He has revealed Himself to be in the Scriptures.
While “country-styled music” might be our primary musical expression, we do not value stylistic narrowness. We believe that there is great value in recounting the historic hymns of the church. We also believe that every "old" song was once a "new" song, so we will seek to also be culturally relevant musically.
A Place to Grow.
Fall, Spring, and Summer Sessions Offered.
Ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
Call the KDO Director at (830) 253-1239 for tuition fees or registration information.
