Fitness in the Park offers a wide variety of free exercise and fitness classes all over San Antonio. Join us at your local park, community center, or library, and let us help you achieve your fitness goals. Fitness in the Park classes are open to all ages and fitness levels. Outdoor Fitness Stations: Enjoy outdoor fitness stations at over 50 city parks. They are free to use and first come, first served. Combine your cardio workout on the trails with a total body workout on the equipment. Most parks are open from 5 AM to 11 PM. Click here for a list of parks with outdoor fitness stations.
Indoor Fitness: For an indoor fitness option consider the Enrique Barrera Fitness Center, 5800 Old Highway 90 West. Barrera features a well-equipped workout room and offers a variety of fitness classes. Click here for all the details.
Mobile Fit San Antonio provides San Antonio residents with free exercise classes and health screenings that include BMI (body mass index), blood pressure, and body fat percentage readings.
