Our Culinary Training Program comprises a 10-week advanced professional curriculum designed for the culinary industry, aiming to foster sustainable and industry-aligned employment opportunities.

Students will be taught classical culinary knife skills, sauces, and cooking techniques; in addition, course-work will cover professional recipe writing, costing, and menu design and development. This course will provide training and testing for the Manager ServSafe Food Production Certification and the TABC Seller/Server Certification. The curriculum combines lecture, hands-on, and industry-relevant production through intern & externships.

Eligibility Requirements
*18 years old when applying for the program
*Permitted to work in the United States
Resident of the City of San Antonio
Income less than 250% of federal poverty guidelines ($36,450 for an individual or $75,000 for a household of four)
*Take assessments relating to barriers, academics, skills aptitude, and workplace readiness
*Committed to completing the program and obtaining full-time employment in San Antonio within the industry of your training.
