The NBU Utility Bill Assistance Program is designed to aid customers in our service area who are experiencing extreme hardship and financial need.

What bills are covered?

This form of assistance can help pay for electric, water and wastewater charges on the bill.

NBU Utility Assistance is available to clients in the Comal and Guadalupe service area.

In general you must:

• Actively receive utilities from New Braunfels Utilities (NBU)
• Display hardship or inability to cover utility expenses

We can’t assist with closed accounts or deposits.
