Referrals
Patients with complex medical conditions requiring care beyond the scope and capabilities of the clinic will be given resources and guided to partner healthcare facilities.

Who Can Be Seen?

• Only Adult patients by appointment

Patients who have no form of Health Insurance,  Carelink, Medicare, or Medicaid & Meet income requirements based on the Federal Poverty Level.
