Kings Court Apartments is a 32-unit community comprised of eight fourplex buildings located in San Antonio, TX. Kings Court is located near N. St. Mary’s and behind the Tri-Point YMCA in the Tobin Hill neighborhood. Six of the units are handicap accessible with shower stalls and roll-under sinks. All units have central air and heat, electric range/oven, refrigerator, and full-size washer/dryer connection and include paid water, sewer, and trash.

Income qualifications: 

All units are reserved for individuals or families 62 and older whose annual income at initial occupancy does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Four of the units are reserved for individuals with incomes at or below 50% of the AMI. In Bexar County in 2023, 80% of the AMI for an individual is $49,150 and 50% of AMI is $30,750.
