Our clinic operates on a membership basis. This is very similar to a gym membership, just for your doctor! What that means for you is greater access to your doctor and as many appointments as you need every month, all for the same low price.

Family Medicine Membership Pricing

• Adults 18-44 years old - $45/month
• Adults 45-65 years old- $60/month
• Adults over 65 years old - $75/month 
• Children 0-17 years old- $20/month

Unfortunately, we are not able to see Medicaid patients due to restrictions within Medicaid itself.
