Marfa Community Health Clinic is part of Preventative Care Health Services, a comprehensive network of medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics whose mission is to serve the patients of the Big Bend region. Our providers are multifaceted, and together we see patients of all ages across many specialties:

  • Pediatrics – Children, from newborns to age 18
  • Obstetrics and Gynecology – Infertility, prenatal care, postpartum follow up, contraception, most gynecological complaints
  • Internal Medicine – Adults ages 18-65 for all medical diagnoses
  • Geriatrics – Adults over 65 and through the end of life for all medical diagnoses
  • Occupational Work Exams – DOT/CDL physicals, school physicals, pre-employment physicals, hearing screens
  • Psychiatry/Behavioral Health – Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dementia, delirium, and schizophrenia

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, PCHS is committed to serving all people regardless of their ability to pay.

PCHS clinics accept most major insurance plans.

PCHS also provides a sliding fee discount program for services based on income and number of family members. Depending on qualifications, patients may be eligible for a 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25% discount on services. Click here to learn more, and here for the Sliding Fee application.
