Building Hope Together (Community )

Building Hope Together aims to help economically challenged seniors age in place, maintain independent lives in safe housing, build generational wealth, and preserve legacy housing.

Our program ensures that the homes of older adults within our service area are safe, secure, and sustainable.

Our service area boundaries are W Poplar St on the north, W Caesar E Chavez St on the south, N Colorado St on the west, and NW 19 St on the east. Click here for a map of our service area.
