Boerne LeaderSteps is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping high school seniors in Boerne ISD develop lifelong leadership skills and prepare for success in college and beyond.
Founded in 2001, LeaderSteps has impacted hundreds of local students who have gone on to experience great success in college and careers. Graduates of the LeaderSteps program have served in student governments, started new service organizations and accepted positions in Fortune 500 companies, becoming the leaders of tomorrow.

- Learn Important Skills
Learn about how to find your BIG WHY, leaving a legacy, and business etiquette. Receive interviewing tips and practice skills to put your best self forward (business and dining etiquette). You will be paired with a professional in your desired field for a mock interview with constructive feedback.
- Learn About Yourself
Explore your strengths, challenges, and personality traits. Think about what motivates you and what is important to you. Discover which careers might be a great fit for you.
- Learn From Local Leaders
Hear from local business owners, corporate executives, and other professionals. Listen to their personal stories and ask questions. Gain insight into what it takes to be a great leader.
