Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) is the largest statewide, BIPOC trans-led, trans-focused policy, education, and advocacy organization in the state of Texas.
We work to accomplish gender-diverse equality through education and networking in both public and private forums. Through our efforts, we strive to halt discrimination through social, legislative, and corporate education.

The Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) offers cultural competency seminars, workshops, and presentations for agencies, organizations, municipalities, schools, businesses, and any other body of people willing to learn.
Our cultural competency educators are professional, well-trained, and experienced in delivering high-quality content to audiences that focus on:
- Gender as a shared characteristic
- The influence of privilege in regards to gender expression and identity
- How to create safe spaces for the TGE community in the setting you're in
- Best practices for working with co-workers and clients that identify as TGE
