Project MEND (Nonprofit )

Mobility and independence are basic human rights.

People living with disabilities often have limited choices when faced with the need for expensive medical equipment. Project MEND provides compassionate solutions. We offer medical equipment and assistive technology to individuals who cannot afford the items they need or are faced with gaps in their insurance coverage.

This service is critical.

The right piece of equipment at the right moment in time promotes independence and improves quality of life for the recipient and their caregivers.

All donations and pick-ups of equipment should be directed to our Warehouse location.

Donations of new or gently used medical supplies and equipment are accepted Monday-Friday at this Warehouse. Pick-ups of large donation items or quantities can be scheduled by calling our Warehouse.

Any donation item can be dropped off at your local Goodwill Donation Station (within Bexar County).

Your donation has the potential to transform a life rather than rusting away in a landfill. Items that cannot be used are donated to local missions that serve other countries. All donations are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
