Mission Road Ministries is a non-profit organization located in San Antonio, Texas, serving more than 650 children & adults with (IDD) intellectual and developmental disabilities each day with residential, day activity services, and vocational programs.  Mission Road receives support from the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, governmental funding, and private donations from foundations and individuals.

Mission Road Developmental Center’s HandsOn provides residential care and day activity services for people who have been diagnosed as Deaf/Blind/Multiply Disabled (DBMD) as well as Intellectually and or Developmentally Disabled (IDD). 

The individuals in our program are full-time residents of MRDC’s three DBMD community homes, one of which is located on our main campus.

Residents participate in active and engaging day programs hosted at Unicorn Centers Monday through Friday each week and receive 24/7/365 awake care.
