We are a HEALING place, EQUIPPING disciples to SERVE.
HEALING refers to our focus on Church Health not merely Church Growth: comforting the wounded, restoring the fallen as we find freedom in Christ over sins, addictions, and old wounds. EQUIPPING disciples to SERVE reflects our passion to stir saints to be doers of the Word. Beyond "ought to" preaching, receive "how to" teaching. Jesus saved us to serve in the greatest adventure. Everyone is welcome and everyone is needed.

We all have the potential to improve ourselves and become better people. But how do we become who we need to be?
The answer is simple: by coming to know Jesus Christ on a personal level and studying His life and His attributes.
Whatever your situation in life, we believe Christ can be a source of strength. Connect with us on social media and see how being a part of our community can help you and your family.
The Book of Mormon is a powerful witness of Jesus Christ. It testifies of His birth, His ministry, His death, and His Resurrection. It reveals His character, His teachings, His miracles, and His covenants. It invites us to follow Him, to trust Him, and to become like Him.
This year, we invite you to study the Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ with us and let the Savior change you for the better.
We're a Christ-focused community, doing our best to love and serve others.

TruLight127 Ministries is a vocal advocate for foster children. We want to be the voice for the voiceless and hope for the hopeless.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which is contracted with and receives funding from the Department of Family and Protective Services for the purpose of licensing foster families and placing children in licensed homes.
We want to provide children with an environment that is full of love, nurture, support and structure. Thus, preventing them from becoming a statistic of hopelessness. We seek to do this by:
- being their voice in a world that ignores them
- supporting them with tangible services to meet their real needs
- empowering them with the knowledge and self-esteem they need to pursue their dreams
- supporting the families that care for them
Our program of supportive services adds a community component to our mission of foster placement. We will empower and equip individuals, communities, and churches to move in God’s call in James 1:27 to care for the orphans. By doing so, we can change the course of their lives to be a productive citizen of society full of hopes, dreams, and ambition to do more.
The vision of Discovery Church is to be a place where each person is loved, transformed, and equipped.
Through age-appropriate and practical teaching, powerful times of worship, authentic relationships, and a heart for those in need of the life-changing message of Jesus Christ, we want to make a positive and lasting impact on the world around us.
We believe the bible is for us today. At Discovery we use a modern-day translation and speak in simple terms that are easy to understand. We also use media, music, and non-traditional methods to communicate biblical truths which bring life-changing results when applied.
Regardless of church background (or a lack of one), people who attend Discovery Church hear a message of hope through Jesus Christ.
We are a loving and welcoming community. Come, join us!

One of the key thoughts of Hinduism is “atman,” or the belief in soul. This philosophy holds that living creatures have a soul, and they're all part of the supreme soul.

Turning Disabilities into Possibilities with Every Ride.
We are a 501c(3) non-profit therapeutic horsemanship center located in Helotes, TX offering mounted and unmounted lessons to veterans and individuals of all ages with physical, emotional, and/or cognitive disabilities.
Our vision is to provide both mounted and unmounted experiential learning opportunities for our riders, to include riding lessons, ground work, equine care and science, etc.
Our riding programs give independence to participants by enabling them to feel the freedom of sitting on top of a horse and leaving the confines of their disability behind. Our ground work programs allow for deep connection between the participant and horse, as well as providing the opportunity for more in-depth learning about horse care, training, and skill-building.
For individuals with cognitive or emotional challenges, the unique relationship formed between a rider and horse can lead to increased confidence, patience and self-esteem. Horses provide immediate, and non-judgmental, feedback giving participants the opportunity to adjust their thoughts, feelings, and/or behaviors without fear or shame. The therapeutic environment that horses provide cannot be duplicated in a clinical setting and as a result every participant benefits from their accepting and trusting interaction.
We serve the Bandera, Bexar, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr and Medina counties with the majority of our current riders in the northwest part of San Antonio. We are able to support a wide range of emotional, physical and/or cognitive disabilities such as: autism, development delays, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, head trauma/brain injuries, PTSD and intellectual disabilities.

In 2006 other families moved to San Antonio to a growing Romanian Pentecostal community inclusive of the Davis, Hotea, Dehelean, Onofrei, Dan Negru, and others.
These groups of families began to gather together to have prayer and worship services together with other Romanian families from the Baptist church community. On September 17, 2006, in the home of Dan Negru, the first gathering of these families became a reality and they became the founding members of Bethany “Betania” Church.
