Is your primary care physician only treating your symptoms with more medicine with each visit?

Has your primary care appointment become nothing more than an exercise in prescription refills?

The traditional approach to medicine is to mask your symptoms with medicine and kick the can down the road - but ultimately, this takes a toll on your body and you just don't feel as healthy and vibrant as you once did.

This ends now!

Welcome to your new home for Holistic Primary Care, where you have a team of specialists who have dedicated their lives to helping patients end the cycle of medication.

Our team can provide the same services you currently receive at your primary care appointments, including but not limited to:

  • Preventative Medicine
  • Annual exams
  • Wellness exams
  • Sickness exams
  • Blood work
  • Allergies & Sinuses
  • Infections
  • Prescription Management
  • Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy
  • Women's Health (including Pap)
  • Verjú Laser - FDA-approved for Fat and Cellulite Reduction

That's right - our team can even handle refills on your current prescriptions.

However, our work doesn't end at the point of writing your prescription.

That is where the work begins for us.

Our team takes a scientific approach to exploring safe and effective therapy that will ultimately help you to end your dependence on medication.

Many patients first visit our office for acute issues such as seasonal sinuses or a flu test, but they come back for holistic care that includes relief from chronic conditions such as:

  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Chronic pain
  • Weight management
  • Brain fog
  • Chronic fatigue

Our clinic accepts most major health insurance carriers.

Co-pays and deductibles vary by insurer and plan so we are unable to confirm your out of pocket cost until you come in for your first visit. However, you are welcome to call our office to receive confirmation that we accept your insurance carrier.

As a teenager, it can be difficult and rather awkward to approach your parents with questions about sex. For many teens, it can be easier or more comfortable to go to their friends for advice. However, there is a great deal of incorrect information out there and it is important to know what information should be accepted as fact.

In today’s society, with all the access to information we have on the internet, it can be extremely difficult to judge what information is accurate and what is not. The Teen Talk Team at San Antonio AIDS Foundation (SAAF) has created this website to provide access to detailed and accurate information about sex, life and everything else that comes along with being a teen.
