Cricket is a game somewhat similar in principle to baseball.

It is played on a large grass field by two teams of 11 players. In the center of the field, there is a strip of very short grass 22 yards long. At each end of this ‘pitch’, there is a wicket consisting of three sticks (‘stumps’) raised out of the ground and two bails resting on top of the stumps. The edge of the field is marked out by a boundary. If the ball goes beyond this boundary, it is dead (out of play).

Kinetic Kids offers an array of recreational and competitive programs that ensures at least one great fit for every child's interests and ability level. Click here for a complete list of programs and here for the current schedule.

How It Works

  • Recreational programs practice once a week for 6-8 weeks each season.
  • Competitive programs practice once a week in monthly sessions.
  • One-Day programs last about 2-3 hours.
  • Expert Support is provided by a pediatric-trained therapist and a coach who work together to ensure your child’s safety.
  • Volunteer assistance is available when needed.
  • Cheer from the stands while your child has fun using their body, mind, and spirit!

Getting Started Is Easy!

  1. Identify your division. Find the right fit. We’ll help you determine which division is most appropriate for your child. Click here for the list of divisions.
  2. Choose an activity and season. Click Programs above to see all options. Click here for our most recent seasonal schedule.
  3. Create an account. Click here to register and view current program availability.
  4. Connect and complete: Follow us to get our most up-to-date information. And don’t forget to complete the required medical forms. Click here to register and here to view our medical policies and download our medical release form.

Five Levels of Support

  1. A pediatric-trained therapist will be available at every program to ensure the safety and success of each child by implementing modifications for our athletes, overseeing volunteers, and coordinating with parents.
  2. A coach or instructor will also be at every program who develops the curriculum and then provides the direction and support to enable our athletes to function at their highest level.
  3. Staff members are available at each program to assist athletes, parents, and volunteers.
  4. Volunteers are consistent, passionate, and motivated to help participants achieve success.
  5. Parents and families get to pull up a chair and cheer from the sidelines! Of course, we also welcome any input that will ensure the success of your child.

Celebrations: While we believe doing is more important than winning, every program concludes with an end-of-season finale that celebrates each child’s successes big or small. These confidence-boosting finales focus the spotlight on Kinetic Kids as we create spirit tunnels, give awards, and act like paparazzi in front of their family and friends.
