Case management is designed to help members of the LGBTQ+ community (18+) and their families with a variety of needs. The Center will assist the community to overcome challenges to ensure their success and safety and includes access to:

• Mental health services
• Support with emotional distress
• Resource referral

Case management sessions may include:

• Identifying and setting attainable goals that contribute to your success as well as your mental and physical well-being.
• Linking you to resources that are available throughout the city of San Antonio
• On-going support and follow-up to monitor progress and attainment of goals
