In addition to managing routine minor illnesses, the nurses and support staff with D&S are experienced in providing excellence in care for asthma, diabetes, osteoporosis, seizures, hypertension, and Alzheimer’s.

Our employees are also skilled in preparing and serving nutritious meals that meet a person’s needs for thickened liquids, pureed or modified diets, or eating with special utensils. Attentive personal care is also provided to help with bathing, dressing, homemaking, and other activities that allow people to live in the community of their choice.
