Neuropsychological Assessments-The typical cost is $1,000-$4,000 without insurance.

Pre-surgical Psychological Assessments-The typical cost is around $800.

If you are going to pay directly for service "out of pocket", your clinician will provide you with a written good faith estimate after your first meeting.
