When funds are available, this eviction and homelessness prevention program provides the following to qualifying households:

• One-month rental assistance.
• One-month energy assistance up to $400.

To qualify for this program:

• The household income must not exceed 150% of the federal poverty level.
• Must be a family with at least one child under 5 years of age.
• Mt be the leaseholder and provide a copy of the current lease agreement.
• Must provide 60 days' proof of income.
• Must provide ID for all adults and birth certificates for children.
