To protect the health and safety of the community, and to assure continued care for our patients due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have made temporary changes to our services and appointment schedules to include:
- We are now offering Curbside Services for patients presenting with upper respiratory conditions so that we can isolate them within their vehicles. Click here for details. (Note: This service is not available at our Metropolitan Women’s Campus and our Medical Center Campus.)
- We are now offering Telemedicine Services when appropriate. Click here for details.
If you think you’ve been exposed to the virus but are not experiencing any symptoms, please self-quarantine for 14 days.
If you develop symptoms, please call and let our Service Representative know that you would like to schedule an appointment using our curbside services and be seen at a location currently providing testing. Testing is done on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be limited.
CommuniCare Health Centers partnered with Quest Diagnostics (Quest) to provide clinical laboratory testing and diagnostic services on-site at this location.
