Mimi Group Home, LLC provides all-inclusive living arrangements throughout San Antonio that include fully furnished houses, cable television, telephone, linens, washer-dryer, some transportation, and groceries in an all-bills-paid environment.

We have multiple properties for both men and women. All properties are located on bus-lines.

Our residential care homes are designed to provide specific types of housing and related services for each particular demographic. Our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced third parties. These include:

• Behavioral counseling
• Medication management
• Many additional services

Rent includes:

We accept SSI, SSDI, and other vouchers.

We accept ex-offenders, parolees, MHMR, and others with special circumstances.

Our rental package starts at $550 per month, all bills paid.

The rental amount is based on the area and costs associated with maintaining the property. Depending on the home, the rent amount may be slightly more or less per bed or room. We will do our best to make it work for you.
