The Final Salute
The Final Salute program formally recognizes and honors veteran patients for their service. At the time of death, our veterans travel to their final resting place draped in the American flag to which they have dedicated their lives. It offers an honorable sendoff for a veteran and a meaningful, respectful sense of closure for the family.
