Resiliency Through Healing (RTH) Program helps young adults 14 to 25 yrs who are survivors of child abuse or neglect to transition towards a stable and independent lifestyle through free counseling and case management services.

Services offered:

• Counseling
• Case Management
• Peer and Psychoeducational groups

Goals:

• Process symptoms of trauma
• Set healthy boundaries
• Identify healthy coping skills
• Recognize signs of PTSD
• Identify Triggers
• Establish a safe home

Qualifying participants have experienced some form of trauma, abuse, or neglect before the age of 18.
