Individual therapy is so much more than sitting on your couch and talking about your mother - although we do have couches and mother talk from time to time. Different types of therapy have been proven to treat things such as anxiety, nightmares, sexual dysfunction, marriage issues, family issues, and more.

12-Week Virtual Mental Health Bootcamp

We empower men to build healthy relationships, manage emotions effectively, and move beyond wounds of the past. IOP meets online 3 days a week, so you can join groups from right where you are without leaving work early or missing valuable life moments.

We know. You don’t want to be in a group. We hear it all the time. This isn't like any other group. You don't have to talk if you don't want to. You can just listen and learn. It is a space designed just for men in a way that is effective for men.  

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
    Provides practical life skills for dealing with emotions, setting boundaries, having difficult conversations, and downregulating when life becomes overwhelming.
  • Substance Abuse (Seeking Safety)
    Identifies the ways one uses drugs, alcohol, and other substances as a means of coping with life's difficulties and offers alternative means of coping.
  • Identity Formation
    What does it take to be a man in today's world? How can you create an identity that goes beyond the job you have, your relationship status, and your past experiences?
  • Relationship Effectiveness
    Looks at how past traumas, hurts and losses affect current relationships while learning ways to make healthy connections today and build intimacy with those you love most.

Most insurances do not require a referral to see a therapist.  Simply make an appointment and begin your journey.

 

We aim to reduce as many barriers as possible, including financial ones, by accepting most major insurances.
