These outdoor fitness stations feature high-quality equipment that allows you to combine your cardio workout on the trails with a total body workout on the equipment. The majority of the installations were made possible by an Americans Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded grant entitled Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW).

- Seated Leg Press
- Upper and Lower Body Stretching Machine
- Upper Body Cycling Machine
- Overhead Press
- Inverted Rower
- Lower Body Cycling Machine
You can download instructional videos to your smartphone via a QR Code located on the front of each machine, or view the videos before heading to the park.
