This program uses a variety of evidence-based curricula, Too Good for Drugs or Kids Connection, that are designed for a classroom setting. The Selective programs are designed for a smaller setting for children that are considered at-risk for substance use. Youth prevention programs target children in grades 1-5. The curriculum goals are to teach self-worth, empowerment, and to create a positive and nurtuting experience.
Grades: 1st - 5th.
All youth prevention services are at NO CHARGE and available in Bexar, Atascosa, Bandera, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, and Wilson counties.
