My name is Amy and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in San Antonio, Texas. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio, my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Oregon, and I am fully licensed to practice counseling by the state of Texas (Licensed Professional Counselor License #82294).
Life is complicated. Our bodies, minds, and relational worlds are connected in ways both seen and unseen. I am a counselor because I believe that the more we understand the layers of ourselves, our experiences and where we come from, the better equipped we are to navigate pain and challenges as they arise.

- Providing professional developments in an educational setting to inform teachers and administrators about best practices for social and emotional well-being of students, training on empathetic communication and listening skills, transnational student needs, etc.
- Helping you develop a plan of action to make any place of work into a more empathetic, communicative, and mental-health minded environment
Rates for consultation start at $200/hr, $600/half-day or $1,000/full-day.
