Morningside is thrilled to offer transitional care services in San Antonio and Boerne, TX to those in our community who are in need of short-term rehabilitation after surgery or a hospitalization.
Our rehabilitation team includes occupational, physical and speech therapists, social workers, nursing and dietary professionals and restorative aides — all working alongside our medical rehabilitation director. Our team members are experienced, caring specialists trained in all forms of therapy and needs management.
