Our Mission is to provide the finest atmosphere for retirement living and to allow residents to be as independent as possible, yet free to use the community’s services and amenities as they wish--all at the most reasonable cost commensurate with the offering of first-class quality services.
The Army Residence Community offers a variety of living spaces to attract and satisfy various tastes. With home floor plans constantly changing, we understand the need to evolve as well. We offer cottages, duplexes, and high-rise apartment homes to meet the needs and expectations of today’s retiree.

The Army Residence Community welcomes all officers retired or honorably discharged, from all branches of service, as well as senior-level federal employees of GS-14 and above, to include spouses and surviving spouses.
