The Mission of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church is to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ by living our faith as a Catholic Community in worship, service, and support of one another. We believe that each member is called to discipleship, outreach, and evangelization to our parish and the local community. We celebrate the gift of Jesus by growing in our faith and living out the mission of our fidelity to the Roman Catholic Church.

The Prayer Blanket Ministry began at St. Stanislaus in July of 2005. This ministry involves the sewing of lap-size blankets and pillow cases that are given to many people who are either sick or going through extremely difficult times in their life.
Many caring volunteers commit to prayer for the recipient as they are fulfilling their part in the construction of the blanket. Each month these blankets are taken to where they are prayed over again and blessed by a priest.
Every person who receives a prayer blanket is lifted up in prayer weekly. The prayer blanket is a symbol of a faith sharing community covering of prayer for the individual who receives it.
