NACA, through its counseling subsidiary, does about 30% of the total counseling in the country out of 1,800 HUD certified organizations. This comprehensive counseling and access to its Best in America mortgage, has established the standard for affordable homeownership for low-to-moderate income people.

Eligibility:
- Member or anyone in the household cannot own another property when they close on the NACA mortgage.
- Member must occupy the home as long as they have a mortgage obtained through NACA.
