Comprehensive Continuum of Care for Females (CCC)
CCC offers interim and linkage to support services to pregnant and parenting women diagnosed with substance use disorders (past or present) to help sustain recovery.
CCC offers support from a Recovery Coach throughout the continuum of care (pre, during and post-treatment).
Pregnancy, Parenting Intervention (PPI)
PPI offers a coordinated approach for women with substance use disorders who are pregnant and/or have children under the age of six to ensure continuous access to all needed health, mental health and social services.
PPI offers outreach and linkage to support services through case management and care coordination, harm reduction education and supplies.

ICF-IDD, a 10-bed group home provides 24-hour residential services for individuals who do not live independently or with his or her natural family.

Complex Care provides wraparound support to people who are diagnosed with serious mental illness and have a history of extensive re-admission at local emergency departments and psychiatric inpatient units. The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team and the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team are dedicated multidisciplinary teams comprised of care managers and licensed specialists working together to provide comprehensive, holistic healthcare, for people living with serious mental illness.
Through this approach, consumers can access the services they need all within a single, cohesive team.

The Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program is an outpatient program designed to provide individualized, comprehensive services for people who experience symptoms of severe and persistent mental illness and are addressing the special requirements of probation or parole. A committed, compassionate, and effective team works with members of the criminal justice community to help people build the skills to manage not only daily stressors, but to navigate life and overcome persistent psychiatric challenges that result in frequent hospitalizations or conflict.
The Adult Behavioral Health Services Integrated Care team provides holistic medical, psychiatric, and recovery services that empower patients to make positive life changes. The team works with each person to set and achieve goals for restoring and maintaining health and personal well-being. Services include medical treatment by psychiatric and primary care staff in the same clinic location, health and wellness coaching and support, therapy, skills development, and comprehensive coordination with community resources.

Center for Health Care Services (CHCS) improves the lives of people with mental health disorders, substance abuse challenges, and developmental disabilities. CHCS is committed to excellence through continuous quality monitoring and improvement in a comprehensive performance measurement program.
CHCS operates a wide range of psychosocial and medical programs in Bexar County whose target populations include individuals with behavioral health disorders and intellectual disabilities. CHCS will be providing a Dual Diagnosis Clinic at The MAC, to assist with psychiatric medication management for individuals with a diagnosis of Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability along with a co-occurring Mental/Behavioral Health diagnosis.
Recognized as a state leader by the Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments (TCOOMMI), the Center’s Genesis Program offers outpatient and residential services to chronic offenders with identified mental illness or substance addiction. Those enrolled in the program are mandated by county, state and district courts to receive treatment, which includes:
- intensive case management
- psychosocial rehabilitation (individual and group)
- psychiatric medication management
- co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorder (COPSD)
- intervention benefit management assistance
The Genesis residential program provides 90 days of monitoring and treatment at the Mentally Impaired Offender Facility (MIOF). As a participant prepares for discharge, Genesis provides detailed planning for successful completion of probation and re-entry into the community.

A field-based program providing intensive home-based counseling and case management services to youth who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and are currently supervised by the Probation Department. Referrals are received directly from the Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department.
LOC-4 provides comprehensive, strength-based care to underserved youth, who are at a high risk of removal from their home and/or community.
Serving youth ages 6-17.
Consumers must request an Enrollment and Screening Assessment for Children’s Services to determine eligibility for Level of Care-4.
