Strong Foundation is focused on assisting homeless families with children who need a fresh start in life. We offer a program which provides families a safe place to live while they are doing their part to get back on their feet, and working toward having a changed life.
The goal for all our programs is for the participants to have a better life that will ultimately span into eternity.
KidzTime is an opportunity for volunteers and their children to engage with the children at Strong Foundation in activities while their parents attend life skill classes. It is much more than childcare, it is relational-spending quality time with the children to encourage them and to show them the love of Christ. The kids love it, and so will you!
What you will do:
- Play with children! We have a basketball court, balls, fort, swings, slides, and bikes.
- You can organize games or maybe bring a simple craft. (Avoid stickers, and markers or paints that are not washable.)
- Snacks and drinks are always appreciated. (Please avoid common allergy products such as nuts, etc.
- KidzTime is rain or shine. The rain plan would be to move inside with activities such as movies, games, and other table activities.

Strong Foundation operates as a "Mission Center" where people can serve while they stay faithful to their home church. You don’t have to leave the country to be used by God and be involved in missionary work.

- Dave Ramsey Finance Class Facilitator for Saturday mornings
- Ministry day-assistant
- Providing an evening meal
- Picking up donations
- Prayer warriors
- Technical assistance: video, audio, website
- Vehicle maintenance
- Organizing clothing and shoe donations
- Financial assistance: We are not funded by city, state, or federal government because we want the freedom to share the good news about Jesus Christ. Seek the Lord for how He might want you to get involved. Everyone that prays, serves, and gives is part of what God is doing at Strong Foundation.
